Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What if I want to use my own venue/DJ/Caterer etc.? Do you do decorations?

A: Great! We will work with you to the best of our abilities to make your event special! Please consider when choosing a venue, it must be within the service range of the other vendors you are using. All our venues are very beautiful, and our package does include lighting but feel free to bring in your own additional decorations. There may be limitations based on the regulations from the venue.

Q: Will you be responsible for handling PR?

A: While we will promote your event through our media channels, you are ultimately responsible for your guest list and PR.

Q: What if I want to have a ticketed event? Would your staff handle the tickets and sales?

A: You are welcome to make your event a ticketed event, however our staff will not be handling ticket sales.

Q: Is your bartender licensed? What beverages do you provide?

A: All bartenders and vendors we use are appropriately licensed. We do not provide alcoholic beverages as a part of the standard package but some of our caterers do provide additional packages.

Q: What if I want to have a plated dinner and a show?

A: It would depend on the venue you choose. The standard package is for row seating facing a runway. Our servers do not serve plated dinners, but they can attend a buffet. The standard package includes Hord ‘oeuvres and nonalcoholic beverages for up to 100 guests. Some of our caterers provide additional food service packages.
