Session Highlights:

Class One: 

• Visual Poise and First Impressions (July 27, 2013, 10 AM – 2 PM)
• Participants learned about good posture, proper standing and sitting positions, graceful walking, and pivoting.
• Confidence-building activities included introducing oneself to others, perfecting handshakes, and mastering the art of conversation.
• Additional lessons covered telephone etiquette and the importance of smiling.

Class Two: 

Style, Grooming, and Dining Skills (August 3, 2013, 10 AM – 2 PM)**

• This session focused on personal grooming, including skin and hair care, as well as secrets of dressing well.
• Participants received tips on nutrition and exercise.
• Dining etiquette was a major component, teaching how to set a table, use utensils properly, and display impeccable table manners.

**Class Three: 

• Graduation Fashion Show (August 10, 2013, 10 AM – 2 PM)**
• The program culminated in a luncheon where participants showcased their newfound confidence, style and manners
• Family and friends attended to celebrate the achievements of the young participants.
