Media Registration

By registering as media for the Tierra, Viento, Fuego, Agua event, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Credentials: Media credentials are issued solely for journalistic coverage of the event. All credentials are subject to approval and may be revoked at the discretion of the organizers. 2. Content Usage & Credit: All photos, video footage, and audio recordings captured at the event must be used for editorial or promotional purposes only. Any media published must credit CatWalk Pros and our official media partner City of the Arts in Panama City. You agree to provide access to any published content (including raw footage or high-resolution images upon request) to both CatWalk Pros and City of the Arts for promotional use across digital platforms, social media, and marketing materials. Conduct: Media representatives are expected to act professionally at all times and not interfere with the production, talent, or audience. 4. Liability: CatWalk Pros, City of the Arts, and associated partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property or equipment during your coverage of the event. 5. Permissions: By participating, you grant CatWalk Pros and City of the Arts the right to use your name, media outlet, and any behind-the-scenes or event coverage featuring you for promotional purposes.
