The 3rd Annual Tierra, Viento, Fuego, Agua took over the DORCAM (Doral Contemporary Art Museum) at Doral City Place on Saturday April 26 in honor of Earth Day. The event was produced by Catwalk Pros in collaboration with DORCAM.
The night kicked off with a vibrant cocktail reception and a panel on sustainable fashion, setting an inspiring tone.
Design Student Competition:
Emerging designers wowed with 3-piece collections.
1st Place: Louise Romain (sustainable menswear) 2nd Place: Maredy Narea (papier-mâché dresses).
All 4 student designers participating received laptops from PTS International + 2-page features in Women’s Breaking Barriers Magazine.
Fashion Show Highlights:
- Tanya Marie Designs debuted “TM Royal Warrior”—bohemian vibes, bold tones.
- CatWalk Pros youth models lit up the runway.
- The Fashion Reboot reimagined vintage with a nod to the 2025 Met Gala theme.
- Curious Atelier stunned with upcycled looks + live violin by Rebeca Quiñones.
- Vlackbook closed with avant-garde edge and rebel style.
Art Installations:
Featured works by Meliza Abreu, Celia Ledón, DOPETAVIO, Maredy Narea, and 11-year-old designer Jacqueline Bootsie.
With 200+ guests, the night raised funds for @catwalkprosacademy and @bigblueandyou—empowering youth through fashion + ocean conservation.

Design Student Competition Recap
As part of the Tierra Viento Fuego Agua event held on April 26, 2025, at DORCAM, four emerging designers showcased their talent in a spirited student competition celebrating sustainable fashion. The participants included three fashion design students from Miami Dade College and one high school student, each presenting a thoughtful, eco-conscious 3-piece collection.
Winners:
🥇 1st Place: Louise Romain – Sustainable Menswear
🥈 2nd Place: Maredy Narea – Sculptural Papier-Mâché Dresses
All four students were awarded laptops, generously donated by PTS International, to support their continued creative development. In addition, the first and second-place winners received a two-page feature in Women’s Breaking Barriers Magazine, recognizing their innovation and vision in sustainable design.
