Designer Participation Fee

The participation fee for designers is $1,000 USD.
Payment details and instructions will be provided upon approval of your registration.

Sustainability Requirements for Designers

To participate in the 4th Annual Tierra Viento Fuego Agua – Panama designers must ensure their products meet the following sustainability standards. Please review each requirement carefully.

1. Eco-Friendly Materials

Clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories: Products should be made from sustainable, recycled, upcycled, or organic materials whenever possible. Designers are encouraged to minimize the use of synthetic materials and plastics that negatively impact the environment.

2. Waste Reduction & Minimal Packaging

Packaging should be minimal and made from recyclable, compostable, or reusable materials.
Single-use plastics and non-biodegradable materials should be avoided whenever possible.

3. Ethical Sourcing & Production

Products must be sourced and produced following fair labor practices and with minimal environmental impact. We strongly encourage fair trade practices, locally sourced materials, and eco-conscious manufacturing processes.

4. Transparency in Production

Designers must be transparent about their materials and production methods, including sourcing, labor practices, and sustainability initiatives.

5. Commitment to Sustainability

Preference will be given to designers whose collections clearly demonstrate a commitment to sustainability through innovative eco-friendly design, upcycled materials, or a brand mission focused on environmental responsibility.
