Calling All Sustainable Vendors
A fantastic opportunity for new and established vendors to present your products and services to an enthusiastic international eco-friendly audience!Please complete the information below to register as a vendor for Tierra, Viento, Fuego, Agua – Panama. All participating vendors must meet the event’s sustainability criteria, in alignment with our mission to promote eco-friendly, ethical, and environmentally conscious products.

This curated event brings together sustainable fashion, art, design, and culture, with local and international guests.
Vendor fees start at $150. Participation is subject to approval.
We are looking for vendors offering:
• Sustainable fashion & accessories
• Handmade or ethical jewelry
• Eco-beauty products
• Art made from recycled or natural materials
• Zero-waste and eco-conscious lifestyle products
Each selected vendor will receive:
• 1 table with table cover
• Electricity and lighting
• Full-day participation
• Exposure to a high-quality, eco-friendly international audience
Sustainability Guidelines for Vendors
To participate in Tierra, Viento, Fuego, Agua is a curated sustainable event.
All participating vendors must demonstrate a clear commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
Your products must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Made from recycled or upcycled materials
- Handmade with low environmental impact
- Produced using ethical or fair-trade practices
- Made with natural, organic, or eco-friendly materials
- Use minimal, recyclable, or plastic-free packaging
- Support local communities or traditional craftsmanship
We do not accept:
- Mass-produced fast fashion
- Products with excessive plastic packaging
- Products with unclear origin or unethical production
The organizing committee reserves the right to:
- Request additional information
- Approve or reject applications
- Remove vendors who do not comply with these guidelines
Our goal is to create a marketplace aligned with the values of sustainability, culture, and conscious consumption.
