Model Registration

• Model’s rates are based on an 8-hour day, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed to in writing by The Industry Model mgmt.
• Overtimes rates: Time and half applies after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours
• Travel rate: half day rate for travel over 3 hours
• 20% service fee or agency fee will be added to all model’s rates, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed in writing
• Cancellation policy for confirmed booking: with less than 3 working days’ notice will be charged at full fee, within 5 days working at half fee
• Weather permit on confirmed bookings: all same day cancellations will be charged at half fee if services are immediately rescheduled; services not rescheduled will be charged at full fee.
• Weather permit cancellations made earlier are subject to normal cancellation policy.
• Weather permit options: book or release will be enforced for options when secondary Job is ready to confirm.
• Lingerie and underwear rates will be charged for bras, pants, slips, pantyhose, swimwear and slip wear.
• Usage: Use rights are limited to the specific rights granted and confirmed by agency in writing and may not be extended without further negotiations.
• The agency reserves the rights to enforce,book or release options if secondary Job is ready to confirm.
• Social media usage is defined as branded social media onlyand is included in the standard web/social usage. 
• Paid Social usage is not included in standard web/social usage and must be disclosed and negotiated separately.
• Third Party Usage: All agreed upon Usage Terms that include Third Party usage are the sole responsibility of the Booking Party to uphold & enforce inaccordance with the original agreed upon Booking Terms.
• Hair changes: cutting or color must be agreed with the agency directly prior to the shoot day
• Check with agency for advertising conflicts

NOTICE REGARDING YOUR OBLIGATION TO PAY MODELS TIMELY:

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Florida Statutes Chapter 448, you are required to pay all wages to employees, including models, in a timely manner. The FLSA mandates that wages are due on the regular payday for the pay period covered. Failure to comply with these provisions can result in legal consequences.

Please be advised that adherence to these provisions of federal and Florida law is mandatory. The industry encourages you to obtain legal counsel knowledgeable in this subject matter should you have any questions or uncertainties.
